Step 1. Enable content translation: https://drupal.org/documentation/modules/translation.

Step 2. Install the Translation Management Tool: https://drupal.org/project/tmgmt
Note that several other modules go along with this tool and must be installed as well: https://drupal.org/node/1445808.

Step 3. Use the "Translate" tab
Located next to the Edit tab, this tab allows you to select your desired language pair and request the translation.

Step 4. Click "Submit to translator"
Make sure the Export to XLIFF option is selected. A downloadable file is generated.

Step 5. Send the file to Verbatim Solutions
Send to projects@verbatimsolutions.com and you will be contacted immediately. We will give you access to cloud-based tools to monitor your project as well as your glossaries and translation memories.

Step 6. Upload the completed translation
Navigate to the Translation page (Administration > Translation) and Import the file you receive from Verbatim Solutions. Use the tools to review and finalize your translations.
